This 4-year-old Calvados AOC, with slightly woody notes, is fruity and sweet thanks to its aging in French oak barrels acquired after 4 years of use in a Viré-Clessé winery (white Burgundy from at Cécile and Laurent Gondard). Fruity and supple, it can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.

Why a limited series?
On June 6, 1944, it was in Normandy that hope was reborn, that of putting an end to the Second World War and raising high the colors of newfound freedom... In jubilation, the Normans were happy to offer the glass of friendship to the brave soldiers. The allies discovered Calvados, a spirit of character obtained by distillation of apple cider. An alcohol marked with a Regulated Designation of Origin (A.O.R) since 1942 and already emblematic of Normandy…
